As a Retail Merchandising Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction by:

  • Building attractive product displays and end caps to engage shoppers.
  • Updating and resetting product shelves for effective product rotation.
  • Tracking inventory accurately to boost sales and ensure optimal stock levels.

What we’re looking for in you:

  • Comfortable engaging with customers and team members with a friendly and enthusiastic demeanor.
  • You must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as moving, bending, and standing, with the capacity to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Reliable transportation to commute to work.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to foster great relationships with clients, customers, and team members.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving results.
  • Capable of working independently while also being a cooperative team player.
  • Commitment to safety practices in a retail setting.
