Job Title: Behavioral Technician - Special Needs Support
Location: Schools Across Los Angeles
Schedule: School hours Monday-Friday - Weekends and Holiday breaks off
Pay Rate: $20-25/hour Based on Experience
ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with special needs? Join our team as a Behavioral Technician and play a vital role in delivering educational and behavioral support to children and adults with developmental challenges. You'll work closely with school professionals, families, and behavioral specialists to help clients achieve meaningful learning and behavioral goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Provide one-on-one or small group support in home, school, or community settings

Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors
-
Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and caregivers to ensure consistency across environments

Promote skill development in communication, social interaction, and daily living
-
Maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for clients
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

High School diploma or equivalent (required)

At least 18 years of age (required)
-
Two (2) years of pediatric experience (preferred)

Current CPR certification (if applicable)

TB questionnaire, PPD test, or chest x-ray clearance (if applicable)

Must meet all federal, state, and local regulatory requirements
