Hiring Now Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Sparkle Express Car Wash (Elgin)
$20/hour from Day One ($15 base + $5 guaranteed commission)
Immediate Openings | Onsite Role
This is a customer-facing, sales-driven position.
At Sparkle Express, our CSRs don't just assist guests - they drive the experience and the results. You are the first impression, the guide through our services, and a key contributor to daily sales performance.
We're looking for confident, high-energy individuals who enjoy talking to people, hitting goals, and working in a fast-paced environment where effort is noticed and rewarded.
If you're comfortable making recommendations, handling objections, and staying upbeat during busy shifts, you'll do well here.
What You'll Do:
- Greet every guest with professionalism and positive energy.
- Explain wash packages and confidently recommend memberships.
- Actively contribute to daily and monthly sales goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient service area.
- Work as part of a fast-moving team during peak hours.
- Show up on time, ready to work, and ready to perform.
- Enjoy talking to people and influencing decisions.
- Are comfortable working toward sales targets.
- Can stay focused and positive during busy, high-volume shifts.
- Communicate clearly and take coaching seriously.
- Are reliable, punctual, and accountable.
- Have customer service, retail, or sales experience (preferred, not required).
- $15/hour base + $5/hour guaranteed commission for first 90 days.
- After 90 days, top performers earn well above $20/hour through commission.
- Paid training focused on service + sales confidence.
- Clear path to leadership roles for consistent performers.
