This Private Multi-Specialty Group is the leading team of providers in the Rio Grand Valley. The team offers an ideal office culture focused on innovation and continuous improvement, and the cities in the area are ranked some of the safest cities in the US.
Clinic Highlights:
- Group consists of 21 physicians and 25+ Advanced Providers
- 3 state of the art ASCs offering advanced endoscopic capabilities
- Specialties include: Gastroenterology, Pediatric Gastroenterology, Colorectal Surgeons, Bariatric/Foregut Surgeons, Pathologists
- Premier digestive health practice in South Texas that serves a rapidly growing population of 1.4 million
Position Highlights:
- Adding additional Pediatric Gastroenterologists
- Joining 1 Pediatric GI and 2 dedicated Ped GI APPs
- Opportunities for Independent Ventures (Ownership in ASC/Partnership)
- This position is largely clinically focused
- Monday-Friday 7-5 | Minimal Call
- 12 CRNA Providers
- Compensation ($350k-400k+): Base, RVU, Signing Bonus, and Production Bonus
