Customer Service Representative
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative with 3 years of experience working in a similar role. This is a Direct Hire opportunity, located in Andover, MA.
Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter and confirm customer orders in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and update orders, including changes to quantities, delivery dates, and shipping details.
  • Process and coordinate order expedites when required.
  • Perform final review and release of customer orders to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer calls and emails.
  • Provide dedicated account management for affiliates and authorized distributors.
  • Address inquiries regarding shipment tracking, order status, and lead times.
  • Handle compliance documentation requests (e.g., certificates, declarations).
  • Process credit and price adjustment requests in collaboration with Finance and Sales teams.
  • Triage technical inquiries and escalate to Technical Support when necessary.
Experience:
  • 3 years of Customer Service experience
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Work Site: On-Site
Salary: $28-30/hr

Pay Details: $28.00 to $30.00 per hour
