About the Role

We're looking for a dependable and skilled CDL Class A Driver with a manual transmission endorsement to join our team in Minneapolis. This full-time position offers steady hours and diverse driving responsibilities. While the primary focus is roll-off truck operation, you'll also be expected to drive other truck types based on daily needs-so flexibility is key.
Key Responsibilities
  • Safely operate roll-off and other trucks across assigned routes
  • Conduct thorough pre- and post-trip inspections
  • Load and unload materials as required
  • Maintain accurate driving logs and documentation
  • Comply with DOT and company safety standards
What You'll Need
  • Valid CDL Class A license with manual transmission endorsement
  • Proven safe driving record
  • Strong understanding of vehicle inspection and basic maintenance
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and follow route schedules
  • Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and climb in/out of trucks
  • Adaptability to operate various truck types
  • Basic mechanical aptitude
  • Attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance

Work Environment

You'll operate out of a large shop that services trucks used to deliver sheet metal throughout Minnesota and neighboring states. Manual transmission experience is essential, and safety is always a top priority.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $56000.00 - $62000.00/yr.
