Momentum Healthcare Staffing is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Gastroenterologist (MD/DO) for a permanent position in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. This opportunity provides a chance to join a patient-focused, growing medical group with a supportive team and access to modern endoscopy and surgical suites.Position: Permanent MD/DO GastroenterologistLocation: Pine Bluff, ArkansasKey Responsibilities:Diagnose and treat a variety of gastrointestinal conditions including GERD, IBD, liver disease, and colorectal disorders.Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures such as colonoscopies, endoscopies (EGD), and ERCP (preferred but not required).Provide outpatient consultations and inpatient care as needed.Collaborate with primary care providers and surgeons to ensure comprehensive patient management.Participate in call rotation and contribute to practice development.Qualifications:Board-certified or board-eligible in Gastroenterology (MD/DO).Eligible for Arkansas medical licensure.Proficient in endoscopic procedures; ERCP training is a plus.Excellent communication and clinical skills.Open to both experienced providers and recent fellows.Compensation & Benefits:Competitive base salary with productivity incentives.Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.Malpractice coverage with tail.CME allowance and paid CME time.Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.Loan repayment assistance may be available.Pine Bluff, AR offers affordable living, access to outdoor recreation, and a welcoming community atmosphereall just 45 minutes from Little Rock.
