HVAC Technician

Currently taking applications HVAC Technicians with at least 1-5 years of hands-on experience to join our growing service team. Pay range $18-$23/hr. based on experience. Position has growth opportunities. Schedule is Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
HVAC Technician duties:
- Perform service, repairs, and preventive maintenance on a wide range of commercial HVAC systems.
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and system tune-ups with a focus on energy efficiency and system performance.
- Ensure systems are operating in compliance with CPS Energy rebate standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and company vehicle.
- Safely use hand and power tools to service HVAC equipment.
- Follow safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all job sites.
- Participate in regular training and updates on industry changes and rebate program updates.
- 1-5 years HVAC experience.
- Valid EPA Universal 608 certification - Required.
- Active TDLR HVAC license - Required.
- Experience in system tune-ups, service, and preventive maintenance.
- Must own and maintain basic hand and power tools.
- Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in various commercial environments.
- Experience submitting or processing utility rebate documentation in the manifold.
- Familiarity with building automation systems (BAS/BMS) is a plus.
