As a Holiday Sales Associate, you will work with our dedicated store team to provide outstanding guest service during our peak seasonal sales period. This role involves supporting daily store operations with a focus on customer service, sales activities, and store maintenance. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting guests promptly, assisting with their gaming needs, and expressing gratitude for their business.
  • Enhance the shopping environment by following visual and operational guidelines and participating in store sales initiatives.
  • Help maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store, including all merchandise areas.
  • Assist in stocking and restocking products, ensuring an appealing and organized display for customers.
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to meet sales, profit, and inventory goals.
  • Address customer inquiries and issues courteously, escalating concerns to a store keyholder as necessary.
  • Support inventory control and loss prevention efforts.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to attendance and ethical responsibilities.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to follow written, oral, and diagram instructions.
  • Friendly personality with strong customer service skills.
  • Clear communication and listening skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Meet performance expectations for attendance and grooming.
  • Physical capability to stand, move, and engage with guests throughout the store for extended hours and lift merchandise up to 30 lbs.
  • Demonstrate reliability and trustworthiness.
