Responsibilities:

  • Deliver top-quality pest protection and demonstrate a customer-centric approach in every interaction.
  • Identify pest problems inside and outside homes or businesses (full training will be provided).
  • Communicate your findings clearly, addressing any questions and recommending suitable services.
  • Adhere to safety protocols while conducting services and applying treatments.
  • Handle company vehicles and equipment responsibly and efficiently.
  • Utilize handheld devices for logging findings and completing service reports accurately.

Qualifications:

  • Strong work ethic and dedication to excellent customer service
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Ability to work independently while staying organized
  • Comfortable with physical tasks, including climbing and working in varying weather conditions

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to obtain a pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)
  • Confidence in using a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
  • Capacity to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to safely access crawl spaces, attics, and other confined areas
  • Willingness to wear personal protective equipment (PPE), including an OSHA-compliant respirator when necessary
