Blended practice primarily inpatient (70%) with outpatient clinic (30%). Support a diverse spectrum of interesting and complex patients. Call requirement is 1:2 (½ day clinic, ½ day in hospital during call week, clinic only during off week). Extended services are provided to patient in the home for intravenous antibiotics or an outpatient infusion center or nursing home.

Requirements:
- BE/BC Infectious Disease
- OH license, or eligible
Compensation:
- Total compensation package (up to $400k
- Guaranteed base salary
- Production incentives
