Job Description

2nd Shift Forklift Operator
Location: Cedar Rapids
Pay: $22.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM (Overtime as needed at end of shift)

About the Role:
We're looking for a reliable Forklift Operator to join the 2nd shift team in Cedar Rapids. You'll operate sit-down forklifts and order pickers to move, load, and unload materials safely and efficiently. Accuracy and attention to detail are key - especially when scanning and tracking product.

What You'll Do:
  • Operate sit-down forklifts and order pickers to move, stack, and organize materials
  • Load and unload trailers safely and on schedule
  • Handle inbound receiving and put-away processes
  • Use handheld scanners to track inventory with precision
  • Keep your work area clean and organized
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies
What You'll Need:
  • Minimum 1 year of sit-down propane forklift experience
  • Strong attention to safety and detail
  • Dependable, team-oriented work ethic
