Refrigeration Technical Sales Engineer

We serve diverse industries such as food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, and dairy, and we are seeking a talented Technical Sales Engineer to enhance our Refrigeration sector.
Your Responsibilities:
Drive Business Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in industrial sectors, including food processing and cold storage.
Lead Management: Generate leads, qualify prospects, and effectively manage the order intake pipeline to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Technical Support: Understand customer requirements and provide expert commercial and technical guidance on industrial refrigeration solutions.
Proposal Development: Create detailed proposals and review project specifications in collaboration with sales agents and engineering teams to ensure technical accuracy.
Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including consulting engineers and contractors, offering support throughout the sales cycle.
Industry Insight: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies, providing valuable feedback to improve our product offerings.
Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for customers and internal staff on our products and digital tools.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools and provide sales forecasts to management.
Event Participation: Assist in organizing and attending trade shows, showcasing our innovative solutions.
Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
Additional Duties: Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Your Qualifications:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong technical knowledge of industrial refrigeration products and applications.
Effective time management skills with a history of meeting deadlines.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and at times stressful environment.
Willingness to travel to customer sites and industry events (approximately 10-15%).
Compensation: The base pay range for this position is between $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year, depending on various factors, including skills and experience.
