About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily construction operations and ensure project milestones are met on time.

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain project quality and safety standards.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.

Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports and project schedules.

Assist in the management of budgets and resource allocation for construction projects.

Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and developments.

Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in construction practices.

Requirements:

Proven experience in construction management or a related field.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.

Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams effectively.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

OSHA certification is preferred but not mandatory.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
