Location: Vail, COSchedule: 12 hour rotating shifts (7a-7p, 11a-11p), depending on unit need
Duration: 13 weeks

Key Responsibilities:

Prepares the operating room and equipment
Maintains a sterile environment, and assists surgeons during operations by passing instruments and supplies and anticipating their needs
Ensure all necessary sterile supplies, medications, and other items are available and properly arranged
Assist in preparing the patient for surgery by washing and disinfecting the incision site and helping them to the operating table

Qualifications:

CO State License Required
Certified Surgical Tech is preferred, but not required
Strong Ortho experience required; must have experience with Davinci XI, General (colon resection, hernia, appendectomy), GYN, Spine, and trauma
Minimum 2 years’ experience required
AHA BLS Required
