**Job Summary:**We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Overnight Member Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members during overnight hours. You will assist with inquiries, resolve issues, and support our members in a professional and friendly manner.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information and support.- Assist members with account-related questions, transactions, and issue resolution.- Process member requests, including new memberships, cancellations, and updates to member information.- Handle transactions efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and enhance the overall member experience.- Maintain records of member interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints using our customer relationship management system.- Uphold company policies and procedures while demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction.- Monitor account activity for potential fraud and report suspicious activities to the appropriate management.- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve service delivery and team performance.- Participate in training and professional development sessions to stay updated on product and service offerings.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role, preferably within the financial or membership services industry.- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.- Proficient in using computer systems, databases, and customer relationship management software.- Ability to navigate challenging customer interactions with empathy and professionalism.- Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.

-Must be 18 years of age or older.
