Job Overview: We are looking for a Contractor Event Marketing Specialist (Executive Events Specialist) to plan and execute high-touch, executive-level events. This role is best suited for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
  • 2-3+ years of experience in corporate events, field marketing, or event operations.
  • Hands-on experience managing logistics and event execution.
  • Proficient with Google Suite and Excel.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Asana.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with Swoogo or RainFocus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a professional and resourceful mindset.
  • Comfortable working as a contractor in a fast-moving team environment.
  • Willing to travel when needed for on-site event support.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage event logistics and ensure seamless execution from start to finish.
  • Provide accurate timelines, status updates, and documentation to keep stakeholders aligned.
  • Support event planning with checklists, templates, and tools.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, vendors, and partners for successful event delivery.
  • Contribute to creating polished and professional experiences for executive-level attendees.
