As a Shift Leader, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. You will inspire and lead our Crew to provide amazing food and service to our Guests. Here are some of your key responsibilities:
- Train, coach, and develop restaurant team members to foster a rewarding and enthusiastic work environment.
- Recruit and hire hourly employees to build a strong and effective team.
- Enhance employee retention to ensure maximum customer service and sales.
- Maximize sales and profits in the restaurant.
- Manage cash controls and uphold Company policies.
- Plan and execute local store marketing and promotional efforts to boost sales and guest traffic.
- Oversee food and paper inventory management, including ordering and accounting.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to guests and provide exceptional leadership to employees.
- Enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Address guest complaints according to company guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with restaurant staff to ensure a seamless customer experience.
