Job Description:
Client is seeking a Commercial Delivery IT Business Systems Analyst specializing in Veeva applications to join our Business Technology Group. This role combines both functional and technical responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven Information Technology professional with a proven track record. Strength in aligning IT solutions with business needs supporting information technology.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for the general support of IT services, tools, issues, and projects related to VEEVA and Salesforce business requirements. The main functional responsibility of a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) is to bridge the gap between business needs and IT solutions. Here are some key responsibilities:
• The IT Business Analyst should have advanced level expertise in one or more of the following areas:
• Analyzing Business Needs: The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) will work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Improving Processes: The BSA will analyze current business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• System Implementation: BSA's oversee the implementation of new systems or modifications to existing ones, ensuring they meet business needs.
• Data Analysis: BSA's use data analysis tools to gather insights and support decision-making.
• Documentation and Training: BSAs create detailed documentation and provide training to ensure users can effectively use new systems.
• The BSA's focus area will include VEEVA CRM and VEEVA Vault Promomats with emphasis on Healthcare Solutions, and Salesforce solutions, with emphasis on Healthcare Solutions.

Key Responsibilities Include:
• Active liaison with business management to understand business needs and help to utilize currently available suite of IT solutions to fullest possible business usage.
• Proactively communicate with different functions to develop unstructured requirements into quality requirements and translate business requirements to IT terms.
• Manage multiple projects at any instance, keep BSA tasks within schedule and deliver projects to customer satisfaction.
• Able to work in a team with different groups in business, with other IT teams, business divisions, and external vendors.
• Investigates alternatives to meet business needs and make recommendations.
• Ensure compliance to corporate guidelines and policies for Information security, protect Client information assets, help business and applications to comply to internal audit guidelines and constantly strive to improve IT controls that benefit both Client and local business affiliate.
• Analyze business needs by working closely with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Provide input to the implementation of new systems or modifications to existing ones, ensuring they meet business needs.
• Utilize data analysis tools to gather insights and support decision-making.
• Create detailed documentation and provide training to ensure effective use of new systems.
• Focus on VEEVA CRM and VEEVA CRM Vault, with an emphasis on Healthcare Solutions, and Salesforce solutions.

Preferred Skills & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree
• Possess 3-7 years of experience in business systems analysis and/or software development.
• Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into a scalable solution design.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously; workload will be a blend of small, medium, and large implementation projects.
