Med Surg Renal Unit- Miami Valley Hospital Dayton Ohio
LTAC LPN experience will also be accepted

**Must have IV certification or proof of education and competency of IV therapy skills**

LPN/LVN *Requirements: BLS through AHA,
MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 YEAR EXP-ACUTE CARE EXP (HOSPITAL SETTING) REQUIRED
MUST HAVE EXP WITH PATIENT RATIOS OF 1:5-6
MUST HAVE EPIC CHARTING EXPERIENCE
FLOAT REQUIRED

FLOATING REQUIREMENTS: Traveler will be first to float at Premier’s discretion. Agency will float in/out of specialty cluster and will be assigned a medically appropriate assignment or support the nursing care team of the unit floated to.
IF YOU’RE ASSIGNED TO ANY MVH FACILITY, THIS WILL INCLUDE FLOATING TO MAIN CAMPUS (Dayton), SOUTH CAMPUS (Centerville) – less than 10 miles from Main Campus, AND NORTH CAMPUS (Englewood) – less than 15 miles from Main Campus. If you are MVH South, you may float to Main if needed.
Traveler must be available to work every other weekend/holiday.
Travelers are not eligible for Premier Health Employee incentives.
Premier Health reserves the right to cancel 2 shifts due to low census per 13-week contract
Premier Health reserves the right to cancel agreement with 2 weeks' notice without fee or fine

Unit Details: 22 bed unit
