Job Title: Quality Inspector

Location: Santa Ana, CA

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM

Pay: $25/hour DOE

Employment Type: Permanent Hire
Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our team in Santa Ana. This role is responsible for performing inspections on manufactured products and raw materials to ensure compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct First Article Inspections (FAI), AQL sampling, and general inspections.
  • Use mechanical inspection tools (calipers, height gauges, CMM arm, etc.).
  • Review and interpret blueprints, BOMs, and visual work instructions.
  • Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records.
  • Identify and process nonconforming products.
  • Perform raw material receiving inspections.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and documentation accuracy.
  • Support other quality-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of dimensional inspection experience in manufacturing.
  • Proficient in reading blueprints and interpreting specifications.
  • Familiarity with AS9102 First Article Inspection and ISO9001:2015.
  • Knowledge of AS9100 standards is a plus.
  • Experience verifying Certificates of Conformance and material specs.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient with Windows-based systems; SolidWorks knowledge is a plus.
