We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Administrator to join our client's team. Salary/Hourly Rate: $20/hr - $25/hr  Position Overview: The Human Resources Administrator will assist with the processing of payroll and the administration of employee benefits for a workforce of over 250 employees. They will serve as a point of contact for employee benefit questions and provide support as needed. Responsibilities of the Human Resources Administrator:
  • Assist in processing semi-monthly payroll for 250+ hourly and salaried employees using ADP Workforce Now (WFN).
  • Handle time-off tracking, PTO entry, and verification.
  • Manage input and review of payroll data.
  • Respond to employee questions regarding PTO and payroll-related matters.
  • Assist with benefits enrollments and changes.
  • Maintain benefit records and ensure accurate updates in ADP.
  • Assist with FSA open enrollment processes at year-end.
Required Experience/Skills for the Human Resources Administrator:
  • Minimum of 5 years of payroll processing and benefit administration experience.
  • Experience using ADP Workforce Now.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, including Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Human Resources Administrator:
  • Familiarity with working alongside brokers for benefits management.
  • Experience working with multiple systems and benefits providers.
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or Finance is preferred.
