The Facility Maintenance Technician II is responsible for keeping all warehouse equipment, machinery, and facilities in a safe, working condition.

What you'll be doing:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including painting, minor carpentry, and plumbing repairs
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests and troubleshoot equipment and system malfunctions
• Conduct regular PM inspections to identify and address safety hazards and maintenance needs
• Maintain and organize maintenance areas, tools, and inventory
• Document all maintenance areas, tools, and inventory
• Coordinate with and assist other departments or external contractors for specialized repairs
• Role may call for On-Call service on weekends
• Support other accounts so local travel is required for this role
  

Shift/Schedule

• Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm
  

Requirements:

• Prior experience in facilities maintenance or related field
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair problems independently
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects (no more than 50 lbs), climb ladders, and work in various conditions
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with others
• Familiarity with opening relevant equipment and tools
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
