About The Role

Join our team as a Seasonal Stockroom Operations Associate, where you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring smooth store operations. You will efficiently handle freight processing, replenishment, and omni-channel operations.

What You'll Do

  • Receive and process products, including unloading truck shipments and managing stockroom operations and omni-channel fulfillment.
  • Replenish the sales floor based on sales performance and seasonal changes.
  • Engage with customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
  • Ensure compliance with product protection standards.
  • Participate in training new hires on the Kohl's brand standards, product knowledge, inventory procedures, and productivity expectations under the guidance of store leadership.

What Skills You Have

  • Required:
    • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to multi-task while paying close attention to detail.
    • Strong verbal and written communication as well as interpersonal skills.
    • No prior retail experience necessary.
    • Must be at least 16 years of age.
    • Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Preferred:
    • Experience in client-facing retail or service industries.

Pay Starts At: $13.00
