Top Gun Staffing Group LLC is thrilled to announce our partnership with a renowned IP consulting firm in Haifa, Israel to support their U.S. expansion. We are currently looking for entrepreneurial IP professionals located on the East Coast to join us in driving this nationwide growth. The ideal candidate is a certified patent agent or attorney with a strong understanding of intellectual property laws and rights, and experience managing intellectual property portfolios.
Responsibilities
- Direct marketing efforts and build a pipeline of potential clients.
- Advise on matters related to patents, copyrights, trademarks and other forms of intellectual property.
- Perform intellectual property audits and risk assessments.
- Formulate strategic intellectual property policies.
- Conduct research on current and emerging intellectual property laws and regulations.
- Guide teams in the creation and use of intellectual property.
- Assist with intellectual property disputes and legal proceedings.
- Manage intellectual property portfolios.
- Provide training and awareness programs to educate employees about intellectual property rights and responsibilities.
- Proven experience as an Intellectual Property Consultant or similar role.
- Experience in managing intellectual property portfolios.
- Knowledge of current and emerging intellectual property laws and regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to formulate strategic intellectual property policies.
- Certified patent agent or attorney, or equivalent qualification.
- BSc degree in Law, Business, or relevant field.
- The time commitment will be 2 days/week to start, and compensation will be on a per project basis. Youll earn 35% of net revenue, with the ability to earn up to 50% as the business grows and you expand into new markets.
- The goal starting out will be to land 1 new client / project per month.
