  • Compliance: Maintain compliance for all transactions with plan documents and ensure adherence to 409A regulations.

Global Payroll Responsibilities

  • Workday Implementation Assistance: Serve as a vital resource for the payroll team during the rollout and stabilization of Workday-native payrolls.
  • Global Payroll Processing: Support comprehensive global payroll procedures, collaborating with our internal and external teams to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
  • Reconciliation & Reporting: Assist in payroll accounting, including accrual preparations, account reconciliations, and journal entries to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Compliance & Tax: Contribute to compliance with all international, federal, state, and local regulations, helping to review tax reports and resolve issues as they arise.

  • Exceptional communication abilities, with a knack for conveying complex equity and payroll concepts clearly.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and excel in a fast-paced remote environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent experience.
