VALiNTRY is seeking a Civil Engineer with a minimum of one year of experience working with AutoCAD Civil 3D. This role may be performed onsite in Concord, NC or Statesville, NC.

Compensation:
$90,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience.
Candidates with additional valuable skill sets may be considered for higher compensation. We strongly encourage technically proficient candidates to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Excel to support project design and documentation
  • Collaborate with other engineers and project team members
  • Communicate directly with clients to understand and deliver on project requirements
  • Mentor and support junior engineering staff
  • Prepare permits and design documentation for various civil engineering projects
  • Engage professionally with diverse stakeholders
  • Participate in community meetings and public hearings as needed
  • Ensure project deliverables are developed to specification and overseen through completion
  • Manage projects and supervise Engineers-in-Training and interns
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Excel
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with varied individuals and groups
  • Team-oriented mindset with high professional integrity
