About the Role

  • Lead and scale product strategy and roadmap at Enlyft
  • Work closely with the CEO (who currently owns product) and key stakeholders to modernize our platform with AI-native features and partner-focused capabilities.
  • Manage a small but strong global team of Senior/Principal PMs (based in India) and a Designer, driving accountability, speed, and clear prioritization.
  • Fostering collaboration with GTM and Engineering teams to build and deliver products that drive significant impact.
Responsibilities
  • Strategic Road map: Develop and execute the product vision around AI-driven functionalities (agentive AI) and partner enablement.
  • Hands-On Leadership: Remain deeply involved in day-to-day product decisions, balancing rapid iteration with longer-term innovation.
  • Team & Stakeholder Alignment: Guide PMs and design leads; work with Sales, Marketing, and external partners to ensure tight integration between product features and GTM goals.
  • Operational Execution: Oversee product development processes, ensuring timely delivery of high-value features that can scale to enterprise-level needs. Bias for action on how we build and ship products.
  • Startup-Centric Agility: Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, making data-driven decisions while adapting to rapid growth. Comfortable with ambiguity and resource constraints, get things done anyway.
  • Customer-Focused Obsessed Innovation: Gather feedback and analyze market trends to drive continuous product evolution and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
  • 10+ years in product leadership roles (Director/VP level/CPO), with proven success in dynamic startup settings and B2B enterprise product development.
  • Strong track record of building and scaling product-led organizations, especially in SaaS or AI/ML-focused markets.
  • Experience integrating partner workflows and leading cross-functional, globally distributed teams.
  • Enthusiasm for hands-on involvement-comfortable rolling up sleeves and driving execution.
  • Deep understanding of AI/ML trends, particularly agentive AI, as well as data-driven product design.
  • Clear track record of delivering impactful products in high-growth environments, aligned with a large addressable market.
  • Known for your clarity, ownership, and ability to rally teams around bold goals.
