Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Physical Therapist Specialty: Physical Therapy Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days working 8's or 10's Hours per Shift: 8-10 hours Experience: Minimum of 1 year required License: Active PT license in hand Certifications: AHA BLS Must-Have: - Understanding of pathology - Knowledge of lab values - Effective interdisciplinary communication - Experience within an acute inpatient setting Description: Start dates are not flexible. Candidates must adhere to a 100-mile radius rule. No more than 5 days of requested time off. The position covers case types including total joints, CVA, CHF, COPD, and sepsis. The caseload will be 8-10 patients per day. Scheduling consists of 5x8's with flexible weekend coverage 2-3 days per month or 4x10's (Sun-Wed or Wed-Sat). There is no self-scheduling available. Holidays will be rotated among staff. Staff will be required to wear royal blue scrubs. The position utilizes the EPIC charting system. Experience is required outside of clinical rotations. This is an acute care setting.
