Vice President of Pharmacy Services

Do you want to make a lasting impact on patient care, pharmacy operations, and healthcare strategy at scale? Were looking for an experienced pharmacy leader to join us as Vice President of Pharmacy Services.
This role is about vision and execution: leading division-wide pharmacy operations, building strong partnerships, ensuring regulatory readiness, and driving cost-effective, patient-focused outcomes. Youll collaborate closely with executive leadership and facility teams to advance pharmacy practice across the system.
WHAT YOULL DO- Provide executive leadership in clinical services, operations, compliance, and cost management.
- Build strong relationships with division and facility leaders to elevate patient care and pharmacy practice.
- Analyze data and purchase patterns to improve quality, efficiency, and expense management.
- Lead and inspire teams across multiple facilities to deliver best-in-class pharmacy services.
- Drive alignment with stakeholders in Supply Chain, HealthTrust, and Clinical Resource teams.
- Licensed Pharmacist (or ability to license within 6 months).
- B.S. in Pharmacy required; PharmD, MBA, or MS preferred.
- At least 5+ years of progressive pharmacy leadership in multi-site acute care operations (retail pharmacy experience not considered).
- Executive presence and proven ability to build and maintain strategic relationships.
