LSF is seeking a dedicated Network Services Relationship Manager who is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of others. This role requires a commitment of 40 hours per week.

Purpose & Impact:

The Network Services Relationship Manager plays a vital role in ensuring subcontracted network service providers comply with necessary standards. This position is responsible for developing and overseeing a comprehensive care system that enhances services for substance abuse and mental health clients based on community needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with contracts and state and federal regulations, demonstrating discretion and judgment.
  • Create detailed contracts, Amendments, and Memoranda of Understanding that align with established standards and mandates.
  • Oversee compliance through on-site monitoring, desk reviews, and audits, including drafting formal reports on findings.
  • Process invoicing accurately, adhering to budgetary provisions and relevant regulations.
  • Manage departmental budgets for network service providers to meet community service demands.
  • Act as a liaison among network providers, LSF Health Systems, and the Department of Children and Families.
  • Identify service and funding gaps through analysis of expenditure trends and community assessments.
  • Provide technical support for contract compliance and issue Corrective Action Plans when needed.
  • Educate network service providers about pertinent regulations while developing network policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Collaborate with various teams to enhance service delivery for internal and external customers.
  • Achieve performance objectives set by management and meet reporting requirements for various stakeholders.
  • Assist in the competitive bidding and service procurement processes as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Establish strong working relationships with internal staff and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in statewide conferences, meetings, and training sessions as required.
  • Specialize as the primary contact for specific programs post-year one, including compiling necessary reports and communications.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

This position involves long hours of computer use, telephone communication, and travel as needed.

Educational Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Health Science, Health/Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

Experience:

1-3 years of relevant professional experience.

Essential Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Understanding of financial management and mathematics.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and meet critical deadlines.
  • Effective prioritization of responsibilities with a positive, problem-solving attitude.
  • Adaptable to changing policies and procedures with a creative approach to improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills, fostering professionalism and diplomacy in all interactions.
  • Basic understanding of contract language related to mental health and substance abuse services.

Additional Requirements:

  • Demonstrated sensitivity to the cultural and socioeconomic needs of service populations.
  • Willingness to travel across twenty-three counties in Florida, typically less than four days per trip.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Report to the Director of Network Management or Network Management Team Lead.
  • Collaborate effectively with network service providers, coworkers, and administrative staff.
  • Submit all required reports, proposals, budgets, and analyses accurately and on time.
  • Ensure cost-effective operations and adherence to management policies.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships within the community and among providers.
