Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Account Representative to support and nurture long-term relationships with our clients. This role is essential to ensuring that each client receives exceptional service, timely support, and a seamless experience throughout every stage of their engagement with Elevare Branding. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality customer care.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client accounts, ensuring clear and timely communication.
  • Support clients with inquiries, project updates, and ongoing service needs.
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure all account information is up to date.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure deliverables meet client expectations.
  • Monitor satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for improvements or additional services.
  • Assist in coordinating project timelines, documentation, and service requests.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts with professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Proven organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Capacity to problem-solve with a customer-focused approach.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
