As the Nurse Director of Surgical Services, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational and clinical aspects of the surgical department. You will lead a dedicated team of surgical nurses and support staff, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety are maintained.

What you will be doing?
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the surgical services department.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance surgical service delivery and improve patient outcomes.
- Oversee budget management, staffing, and resource allocation for the surgical department.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and teamwork.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in surgical care.

An ideal applicant.... Will highlight their:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas or eligibility for licensure.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 3 years in surgical services management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality improvement processes.
