JobDescription:
The Commercial HVAC Service Technician will maintain and develop existing customer relationships through quality service and support.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • On-sitestart-uptechnician
  • Troubleshootinstallationofcontrolsystems
  • Solvingissuesusingreasoning,logic,andvoltmeter
  • Communicationwithindividualswhoinstalledthesystem
  • Communicationwithmanufacturers
  • Assisttheowner'srepresentativestodemonstratethatthesystemhasbeenset upproperly
  • Documentationofactionstakenonthejobsitetobeincludedwithprojectreport
  • Directdiscussionswithbuildingownerstoassistwithongoingmaintenanceandservice
  • Performworkonpreventativemaintenanceagreementsasassigned
Experience and Requirements:
  • Associate'sdegreeinHVACrelatedfieldor3yearsequivalentexperience
  • Self-starter,highlevelofinitiative,provenproactivebehavior
  • Commitmenttocustomerservice(internalandexternal)
  • Performqualitywork,highlydetailedorientedandabilitytomanagemultipleprioritiesandmeetdeadlineswithoutdirectsupervision
  • Interactprofessionallywithemployees,customers,andmanufacturers
  • Abilitytooperateunderpressure,deadlines,andthedemandsofan activejobsite
  • Proventechnicalaptitudeandfamiliaritywiththeuseofavoltmeter
  • Strongwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills
  • MustdemonstrateMMSCoreValues:drivenandself-motivated,can-doattitude,teamplayer,customerdriven,dowhat'srightandaccountable
