Job Description:
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure on-time delivery of equipment according to operational demands.
  • Maintain assigned equipment following the maintenance program and reliability-centered maintenance strategy.
  • Record materials, labor costs, and equipment maintenance history in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  • dhere to Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) standards and transactional discipline.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve asset utilization, maintenance efficiency, and productivity of Maintenance Technicians.
  • Implement projects to reduce maintenance downtime, improve parts turnaround, and optimize work-in-process.
  • Support failure investigations as assigned.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance on various types of trailers and tractors.
  • Diagnose electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical deficiencies using diagnostic tools.
  • Conduct road calls using a company-provided facility vehicle.
Skills And Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in tractor and trailer maintenance.
  • Preferred 2 years of experience in the oil & gas industry.
  • Experience working on cement pumps, Peterbilt tractors, air slides, and bulk trailers.
  • Familiarity with CAT ET, Client Insight, Davie Software, and Service Ranger software.
  • HVAC experience preferred.
Education And Certifications:
  • Preferred: Diesel Maintenance training.
  • Required Certifications/Licenses: None.
Note on Job Titles:
  • Mechanic - Performs work on surface equipment (industrial OEM mechanical equipment, e.g., trucks, units).
  • Mechanical Technician - Performs work on downhole tools.
  • WHE Service Technician - Performs work on well head equipment (WHE).
