About the Role

As a Senior Software Engineer with a focus on backend and database systems, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our technology ecosystem. You will lead the charge in implementing cutting-edge technologies while ensuring reliability and performance across all Inspiren platforms.

What You'll Own
  • Work closely with operations, sales, and product teams to identify challenges and deliver effective technical solutions.
  • Design, implement, and maintain high-quality applications.
  • Evaluate software features for optimal performance and make informed development decisions based on data analysis.
Qualifications
  • Strong experience with PostgreSQL or other relational database systems.
  • Proficiency in cloud architecture, particularly in building solutions using managed services.
  • Experience in writing integration tests to ensure software quality.
  • Exceptional analytical skills to solve real-world problems effectively.
  • Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment, sharing knowledge and expertise.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling clear interactions with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • A minimum of 5 years in backend development.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Programming Proficiency: Strong background in backend systems with a focus on Typescript & NodeJS.
    • Cloud Infrastructure: Proven track record in managing cloud infrastructure and serverless applications, focusing on performance, scalability, and observability.
    • Database Expertise: Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and other relational databases.
    • Security Principles: Solid understanding of security practices and encryption methods.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, changing work environment.
Details
  • The annual compensation for this role ranges from $150,000 to $180,000, in addition to equity and comprehensive benefits (including medical, dental, and vision).
  • Flexible paid time off (PTO) policy.
  • This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in the US or Canada.
