Job Description
  • Develop and manage preconstruction schedules, budgets, and estimates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to define project scopes and goals.
  • Conduct risk assessments and propose value engineering solutions.
  • Prepare detailed cost analysis and bid proposals.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to gather accurate pricing.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
  • Present project plans and cost estimates to stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and project teams throughout the preconstruction phase.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Preconstruction Manager should have:
  • A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of preconstruction processes within the construction department.
  • Experience in cost estimation, scheduling, and value engineering.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with construction software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
