Job Summary : As a Technical Consultant specializing in ServiceNow IRM Policy Management, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our risk and policy management processes.

Responsibilities : - Implement ServiceNow IRM Policy Management solutions to streamline risk assessment and mitigation processes. - Oversee the integration of policy management within the ServiceNow platform to ensure compliance with industry standards. - Provide expert guidance on risk management strategies to enhance organizational resilience. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential risks proactively. - Develop and maintain risk management documentation to support audit and compliance requirements. - Conduct regular risk assessments and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. - Optimize existing ServiceNow configurations to improve efficiency and user experience. - Train and support team members in utilizing ServiceNow Risk Management tools effectively. - Monitor and report on risk management metrics to drive continuous improvement. - Ensure alignment of risk management practices with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements. - Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote a culture of risk awareness. - Support the development of risk management policies and procedures to enhance governance. - Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow solutions with existing systems.
