The Role

This HR Business Partner will be the go-to for a defined region of field leaders - offering support, building trust, and driving real change. You`ll handle the important day-to-day (think employee relations, coaching, and support) and step into more strategic work like turnover analysis, trends reporting, and projects that move the needle.

This isn`t a paper-pusher role - the right person will own their lane , collaborate with the team, and help shape the future of how HR supports the business.

You`re a Fit If You...
  • Have at least 4 years of solid HR experience and know your way around both tactical and strategic work
  • Have done more than just employee relations - you get the full HR picture and love bringing ideas to life
  • Enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and staying a step ahead of the business
  • Can thrive in a hybrid setup - flexible but grounded in a culture that values visibility, collaboration, and accountability
