Duration: 03 Months
Pay range: $25.54- $40.14/hr.

Job Description:
  • Troubleshoots electrical equipment, PLC's, DCS and other controls
  • Repairs Pumps, Valves, and other Process Equipment with minimal supervision.
  • Assists with RCA's and other incidents investigations
  • Supports SAP management of spare parts, work orders, and other reports
  • Supports plant EHS programs, PSM programs and other client initiatives
  • Follows all plant policies and practices to ensure safety, quality, service, and cost objectives are met. Practice continuous quality improvement in all processes.
  • Fully supports Client's goal of zero workplace safety incidents and supports and participates in client's EHS Programs.
  • Knowledgeable of and practices root cause analysis• Knowledgeable of and practices Preventive and Predictive Maintenance
  • Be a project team member and lead some small projects or sub-projects of a larger project.• Practice safe work habits in accordance with OSHA and EPA guidelines.
  • Repair and maintain equipment and assets in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Work with production/operations and have knowledge of clients products and equipment. Understanding maintenance processes, applications, and terminology related to manufacturing
  • Daily use of hand and power tools
  • Must safely repair electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
  • Basic welding, millwrighting, and blueprint and schematic reading.
  • Work cooperatively with all employees, vendors, and contractors.
  • Assists in maintaining an acceptable level of housekeeping.
  • Completes all required paperwork accurately.
  • Performs various troubleshooting and preventative maintenance duties to equipment as needed.
  • Work in other areas as needed.
  • Tracking performance against goals including -uptime, downtime, mean tie to failure etc.
