Treatment Coordinator

We have a wonderful general dentistry practice in Austin, TX that is seeking to add a highly motivated, upbeat Treatment Coordinator to our bright and talented staff.
The ideal candidate will have a positive and outgoing personality, exceptional communication skills, and great attention to detail. In addition to providing excellent care to our patients, they will be able to professionally handle the following:
Patient phone calls
Schedule Management
Greeting Patients and Keeping Information Up to Date
Patient Treatment Plan Preparation and Discussion
Computer Skills (Dentrix Enterprise preferred)
Insurance Benefit Verification and Filing
Payments/Collections
Experience in a dental office is necessary for this position. We're looking for candidates with a great attitude and a willingness to learn. We're seeking candidates who are looking to build a long-term career, instead of just a job.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year dental front office experience
Positive and outgoing personality
Exceptional communication skills
Great attention to detail
