Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm, as well as 1 week per month on-call rotation
Wage: $15 to $18 plus weekly bonus opportunity

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for our plumbing customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong typing and computer abilities, and the ability to manage a high volume of calls while accurately entering and updating information in our service management software. Experience with ServiceTitan is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
  • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm service appointments
  • Accurately enter customer information, job details, and notes into the computer system
  • Dispatch and coordinate technicians as needed
  • Communicate clearly with customers regarding services, arrival times, and follow-ups
  • Process invoices, payments, and service documentation as required
  • Maintain organized and accurate customer records
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and empathy
  • Support office and management staff with administrative tasks as needed
  • Work collaboratively with dispatcher and Service Manager
  • Submit for permits, inspections and underground locates
  • Covering on-call phones in rotation with other employees for after-hour calls
Required Qualifications
  • Strong typing skills with high accuracy, 40 wpm required
  • Dependable transportation and ability to work
  • Solid computer skills, including experience with CRM or scheduling software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Dependable, punctual, and professional demeanor
  • Prior customer service experience (office or call-center environment preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience using ServiceTitan software
  • Previous experience in a plumbing, HVAC, or home services company
  • Dispatching or call center experience
