Exciting Sign-On Bonuses:

Your Role and Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be an essential part of the surgical team, ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient environment for patient care. Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintain aseptic surgical techniques and prepare materials, supplies, and equipment for procedures.
  • Set up and manage the operating room environment, ensuring all equipment is functional and sterile.
  • Assist during surgeries, anticipating the needs of surgeons, passing instruments, and maintaining a sterile field.
  • Transport patients and handle various patient positioning tasks.
  • Contribute to maintaining specialty carts, ensuring they are complete and functional.

Requirements:
- Licensure: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 6 months
- Education: Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program
- Experience: No prior experience required, we welcome new graduates

Skills and Competencies:
- Knowledge of aseptic techniques and operating room equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working with potential exposure to mechanical and chemical hazards.
