ROLE OVERVIEW: As a Client Support Specialist, you will engage with homeowners, contractors, and insurance carriers, addressing inquiries and concerns related to Property Repair Solutions, ensuring that we consistently meet or exceed their expectations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receive, review, and assign new jobs to contractors based on specific job types and locations.
- Conduct outbound calls to promote services, schedule appointments, assist insurance adjusters, and clarify program expectations.
- Monitor the progress of ongoing jobs, following up with homeowners to ensure a smooth process and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Provide outstanding customer service through inbound calls, resolving minor issues, scheduling appointments, or escalating as necessary.
- Regular attendance during scheduled work hours is essential.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform other assigned duties as needed.
- Support the organization’s quality assurance initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education & Licensing: High school diploma or GED is required.
Experience: At least one (1) year in construction management, restoration, insurance claims, or customer service is required. Familiarity with Chronicle software is a plus.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and general computer use.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to foster consensus and build relationships.
- Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- Above-average typing speed and accuracy.
- Professional demeanor with the ability to perform well under pressure.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Commitment to meeting or exceeding performance metrics.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: Reasonable accommodations will be considered in line with organizational policies.
Mental: Strong conceptual thinking ability, excellent judgment, and capability to manage work-related stress and meet deadlines.
Physical: Frequent computer keyboarding and occasional travel may be necessary.
Auditory/Visual: Ability to hear, see, and communicate effectively.
