- Testing Methodologies: Familiarity with different testing types (functional, regression, integration) and methodologies (Agile, DevOps)
- Test Management Tools: Experience with test case management tools like Jira, TestRail
- Problem-solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and identify root causes
