Pest Control Service Technician

The Regular Service Technician (Reg Tech) provides exceptional customer service during regular maintenance appointments, applying chemicals and manual solutions to eliminate pests and ensure customer satisfaction. This position is on-site and reports to our Canoga Park, CA (91304) branch.
Responsibilities:
- Safely apply pesticides and pest control solutions to building interiors and exteriors, ensuring proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Conduct inspections to identify pest infestations, provide customized treatment solutions, and communicate with the office as needed.
- Interact with customers to explain services, maintain accurate records, and manage inventory, equipment, and vehicle upkeep.
- Adhere to safety protocols, company policies, and regulatory requirements, while using technology to manage appointments and service documentation.
- 1+ years of customer service experience, preferred.
- Must be 21 years of age or older and possess a valid driver's license, as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of this role. Driving record must meet the company's insurance standards.
- Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

- This position offers an hourly base pay range of ($18-22/hour), with additional compensation opportunities.

- Must be able to walk, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and crawl to access tight spaces like basements, attic and tight spaces
- Capable of regularly lifting up to 50 pounds, with occasional heavier lifting
- Requires clear vision for both close and distant tasks, with adjustable focus
- Must be able to stand for long periods, perform physical tasks, and manage repetitive motions
- Exposure to pesticides, chemicals, pests, mold, allergens, and structural hazards; safety gear required.
