Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary point of contact for the client on all technical delivery matters.
• Coordinate daily deliverables, status updates, and issue resolutions with offshore teams.
• Manage escalations promptly and effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
• Lead technical discussions and provide guidance on data center infrastructure and cloud integration.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives with distributed teams.
• Prepare and present weekly status reports to client leadership and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Required Skills & Experience:
• 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with at least 3 years in a client-facing onsite role.
• Strong knowledge of data center technologies (e.g., servers, storage, networking, virtualization).
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and hybrid environments.
• Proven experience managing offshore delivery teams in an Agile or DevOps setup.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and drive decisions independently.
