Newly opened OB/GYN opportunity at PeaceHealth St. John Medical Center.

We seek a BC/BE OB/GYN to join a collaborative team environment that supports a work and home life balance.

St. John Medical Center (https://www.peacehealth.org/hospitals/peacehealth-st-john-medical-center) is a 346-bed Level III trauma center in Longview, Washington (an hour north of Portland, Oregon and a community of 58,000 and a catchment area of 120,000).

Practice Highlights

PeaceHealth has a clinician well-being program that includes:

• A dedicated medical director of clinician wellness

• DAX - An ambient intelligent scribe solution to assists with completing ambulatory notes

• Practice experience program (PEP), longitudinal New Clinician Education and Clinician Leadership Development programs that focus on efficiency principles, patient, and human experience, and include CME credits

Compensation & Benefits:

• First year salary guarantee of $376,896 for a 1.0 FTE

• Generous employment bonus
