Opportunity:

Cath Lab Technologist - Cardiac Cath Lab

Job Details:

• Work four 10-hour shifts weekly plus call requirements
• Shift times: 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM or 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday
• Approximately one weeknight call weekly (end of day to 7:00 AM)
• Approximately 1-2 weekend calls monthly (Friday 5:30 PM to Monday 7:00 AM)
• 30-minute call response time required
• No self-scheduling - leadership assigned schedules
• Must be flexible to work Monday through Friday
• Scrub and monitor cases in 2 catheterization lab suites
• Handle 8-10 cases per day on average
• Work with complex cardiac procedures including STEMI, Structural Heart procedures (Mitraclip, TAVR, Watchman), PFO, ASD, PCI, IABP insertion, and Impella-assisted procedures
• Experience required in both scrub and monitor roles with catheterization lab experience
• Minimum 1 year of experience acceptable; travel experience highly preferred
• Structural heart case experience preferred
• Must have Washington state license at time of submission
• Required certifications: ARRT (CI) or (CV), and/or RCIS, BLS
• ACLS preferred
• Must provide own radiation badge - facility will not provide
• Day shift workers must pay for parking
• Hospital provides perioperative/procedural scrubs daily
• Use MacLab and Cerner EMR systems
• One week orientation including general hospital orientation and weekend buddy call
• Currently no floating outside catheterization lab unless otherwise arranged

This healthcare facility operates a Level 3 trauma center with a comprehensive cardiac catheterization laboratory featuring 2 specialized suites. The facility provides advanced cardiac care including complex structural heart procedures and emergency cardiac interventions. The organization maintains high standards for cardiac care with experienced cardiologists providing 24/7 on-call coverage and utilizes modern equipment and electronic medical record systems to support optimal patient outcomes.
