We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Travel Reservations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will assist clients with booking and managing their travel reservations while providing excellent customer support. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, are highly organized, and have a passion for the travel industry. No experience necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Handle reservations for flights, hotels, cruises, and travel packages.
- Communicate with clients to confirm booking details and itinerary preferences.
- Provide accurate information on travel options, pricing, and availability.
- Ensure all reservations are processed efficiently and correctly.
- Maintain client records and update changes in schedules as needed.
- Offer professional support to resolve booking issues or adjustments.
- Collaborate with travel partners and suppliers to secure the best arrangements.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Proficiency with computers and online booking platforms is a plus.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
